Includes office established by non-financial Person that is outside the DIFC to represent it in the jurisdiction of the DIFC in order to promote its business, products and services or facilitate commercial agreements between such Person and its clients to the extent that its activities are not considered as providing financial products or financial services as prescribed in the General Module of the DFSA Rulebook. This office is not allowed to carry out any trading activity nor enter into commercial transactions and deals by itself.
