This Website is an advanced web platform for business setup and a B2B Marketplace for providing services in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE"). The Website facilitates various services to users who are interested in procuring a business license and setting up a business in the UAE region("Services").

For the provision of the Services, User is required to register on the Website by using the sign-up option available ("User Account"). Your Personal Information is stored on third party cloud services such as AWS. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. Personal Information is encrypted in transit by using SSL/TLS encryption mechanism, to enhance security of Personal Information we have implemented virtual firewalls and workload security mechanism for IDPS (Intrusion Detection and Prevention System). In addition, we limit access to your Personal Information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your Personal Information on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Our Website may contain links to other websites/applications of your interest. FUSER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, INFORMATION, DETAILS OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. User agrees to indemnify us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and employees (each, an "Indemnified Party") and hold the Indemnified Party harmless from and against any claims and demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of or relating to: (i) accuracy and correctness of Personal Information and User Content that User submits or shares through the Platform; (ii) User's and its permitted user's violation of this Privacy Policy, (iii) or User's violation of rights of another User.

16. Governing laws and disputes

This Privacy Policy and the subject matter and formation are governed by the laws of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the DIFC or any other jurisdiction). You and we agree that any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the DIFC, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of the Privacy Policy in your jurisdiction of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
