Personal Information is encrypted in transit by using SSL/TLS encryption mechanism, to enhance security of Personal Information we have implemented virtual firewalls and workload security mechanism for IDPS (Intrusion Detection and Prevention System). In addition, we limit access to your Personal Information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your Personal Information on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

This Privacy Policy and the subject matter and formation are governed by the laws of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the DIFC or any other jurisdiction). You and we agree that any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the DIFC, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of the Privacy Policy in your jurisdiction of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.
